I cut the circle pattern using my silhouette cameo and the background lace - circle cut file. I placed it on a piece of white card stock and use my SEI Tumble Dye ink sprays to mist the rainbow design. Some of the inks sprayed better than others so it's a bit splotchy in some areas. I used American Crafts glitter tape to create a rainbow photo mat. I then matted my photo on the rainbow mat then onto a piece of white card stock. I also used my cameo to cut a heart themed view master reel and the "love this" title. I embossed both cut pieces with black embossing powder, twice. I wanted a stark contrast from the rainbow background. I added a few sequins in matching colors to the bands of color in the background paper. I also trimmed a little off the sides of the rainbow background paper and matted the entire layout on blue card stock (which I may change to black to match the embossed pieces).
